These are the last minute instructions about Infosys placement process. Kindly take them seriously and stick to it.
(1)
Registration is must. Your hall tickets will be with your respective placement coordinators collect it once you enter the college.
(2)
ID card with rope is a must. If not, you will be not allowed to enter the college premises. You are supposed to be wearing the ID card the whole day. If found without ID card, you'll be thrown out of the process. Security has the power to BAR you from entering the college premises.
(3) Strictly ,
do not bring mobile phones to college on the day. If found in possession of one, or using anyone's phone, you'll not be allowed to continue with your placement process.
(4) PCO will be available for making calls if needed. Girls can bring their parents/brothers for escort, as the process might extend till late night.
(5) Never leave the seminar hall at any cause, till the end of the day, even if your HR interview is over.
(6) No chit chatting with friends or sitting around with friends. Do follow professionalism and maintain discipline. Absolute silence, goes without saying.
(7) The decision of the Placement Officer is final and binding. Nobody can argue saying that their process is unfair etc., You are obliged to abide by the P.O 's decision.
(8) If you are not interested in the Infosys recruitment process, or you wish not to abide by the above mentioned disciplinary rules, Do not collect your hall tickets.
(9) Boys should wear Tie.
(10) Do bring 3 copies of your resume, along with 3 copies of your recent, color passport size photograph.
(11) The recruitment process consists of an aptitude round, followed by a personal interview. Two rounds of personal interview process might be conducted for some candidates. Do not panic over it.
(12) Your
FILE must consists of the following in order (Reverse Chronological Order) :-
-> Resume
->Anna university mark sheets in the reverse order (6th sem to 1st)
-> 12th marksheet
->10th marksheet
-> Any other relevant certificates (implant training, workshops, papers, project etc.,)
Note that, your file can contain
only photo copies of the above certificates. Do not keep your original certificates in the file. It is better to keep the photo copies attested if possible. It is not mandatory though.
(13) Bring a rough sheet.
(14) Students should know their percentage of marks in each semester and note their exact percentage in a separate sheet, which will be used later to fill the form given by INFOSYS.

HAVE ALL THIS DETAILS READY BEFORE HAND SO THAT IT SAVES TIME.
IN ANSWER SHEET (DO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY INVIGILATOR)
- YOU HAVE TO ENCIRCLE A OPTION AND WRITE THE OPTION NO., BY SIDE
- IF U WANT TO CHANGE THE ALREADY MARKED ONE ,PUT A CROSS OVER THE PREVIOUSLY MARKED ONE AND CHANGE THE OPTION NO. BY THE SIDE.
