Selection Process-

•         Written  test, 
•         Group Discussion and
•         Personal Interview.

The  candidates  selected  provisionally  as  Engineering – Trainee will be
posted  in  Chennai plant. However, they will be sent to the Shajing plant,
China  for 2 years on the job training. The candidates are required to
give  undertaking for 3 yrs of service with Johnson Electric, Chennai after
successful completion of abroad training.
