Salary : 1.5Lacs to 2 Lacs per annum detection part is very less take home of 12k per month min.
Commitment required from candidates for :- 18 months.
Job Description :-
Will be responsible for providing a range of support covering desktops& laptops
- Works with end user/ customers to resolve technical problems with desktop / Laptop computing equipment and software.
Assisting end users/ Customer for Repair maintenance , virus & malware removal, computer security, data recovery, data back up, increasing system performance / efficiency
- Assist the end user/customer with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers.
- Familiarity with other operating systems is preferable (Mac, Linux)
- Strong knowledge of installing software, patches, updates on Desktops, Laptops
- Strong knowledge of installing troubleshooting basic network, software
Note :- Need to be flexible to work in night shifts, ITS NOT AN VOICE TECHNICAL SUPPORT / A BPO JOB, candidates who would join us will have a flourishing career in IT INFRA STRUCTURE SERVICES -INDUSTRY.
